What should we expect from working together?

We begin by you completing a questionnaire and keeping a sleep dairy to understanding your specific challenges and family values to create a roadmap that includes habit changes, routine adjustments, and environmental optimizations personalised to your child.

How long does it take to see results?

While every child is unique, many families notice a calmer atmosphere and slight improvements within 7 to 10 days. More significant milestones typically develop over 2 to 4 weeks of consistent, gentle implementation as new habits. However, every child is unique and will adapt in their own time

How does the consulting process work?

Our journey begins with a 15-minute discovery call. If we proceed, you'll complete a detailed questionnaire and sleep diary. This leads to an online consultation where we finalise your gentle sleep plan, followed by ongoing guidance via messaging and follow-up calls depending on the package.
